Professional Photography and Description

If you prefer not to be responsible for your own photographs and property description, we can provide our fully professional service to give your property the edge in the marketplace. It includes attractive wide-angle photographs of the interior and exterior, along with a description of the property that highlights all the most desirable features.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

You have to have an EPC by law if you are advertising your property for sale. It gives buyers a guide to the energy efficiency and environmental impact of your house. Foxdell can put together an EPC for you if you wish when we first visit your home.

Premium Upgrade

Your standard package includes a regular entry on the website, but for a supplementary fee you could upgrade to a Premium entry which includes a highlighted background, two extra photos, a larger main photo and other enhancements.
Additional fee: 99.00

For Sale Board

A sales board is a proven way to attract passing buyers and can have a big impact on increased viewings. For a small additional fee, we’ll install a For Sale board in a prominent position on or near your property to give you visibility in the local market.
