2. Uploading the property
   We assemble the photographs and other marketing materials for uploading to numerous property websites, including major portals. Our aim is to make your property accessible to hundreds of millions of potential searches.
3. Notifying you of viewings
   Potential buyers will arrange property viewings through us at times to suit you, and we’ll then send reminders by text or email in good time so that you can prepare for their visit.
4. Keeping you updated
   We’ll let you know of any feedback from viewings, keep monitoring the progress of your sale and report back on any contact with other professionals such as solicitors and other estate agents. We’ll be on hand for support and advice all the way to completion.
5. Undertaking negotiations
   If you would rather leave the price negotiation to Foxdell, we’ll be happy to do this as part of your basic package. Our professional approach means we may be able to get a better price for your property than you could do yourself.
