LANDLORD FEES

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: 

Initial payment of half of one month’s rent

Management fee of 12% of the rent per month

• Finding a suitable tenant and carrying out all appropriate referencing checks

• Annual inspections of your property

• Monthly collection of rent

• Arranging repairs via our qualified contractors

• Renewing or terminating tenancies

• conduct the handover of the property to the tenant

• Register deposit with the tenants deposit scheme

• inform all utilities of the change of occupant and meter reading

• Arranging any cleaning or repair works where required 

TENANT FIND ONLY: 

100% of the first month’s rent Hatters Property Services will market your property to find a suitable tenant and carry out all necessary checks. The landlord will then themselves be responsible for the collection of rent, attending to repairs and inspecting the property.
