So before you’re accepted as a tenant, we’ll need to make a few checks to ensure you are who you say you are and that you are going to be able to pay the rent.

For your part, we’ll show you over the property and answer any questions you might have about the length of the tenancy agreement, which bills you’re responsible for, what repairs are covered, how to report them, and so on.

Once you know where you stand, you should be able to feel more at home in your accommodation.
